The resort tax of € 4,00 per person and day is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

On request we deliver freshly baked bread for breakfast to your apartment (extra charged).

For allergy sufferers, we are happy to provide antibacterial bed covers and special pillows (Certificate in German).

There is one parking lot for every apartment. Parking in the garage available on request.

Your apartment is available after 3.00 pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know in advance if you arrive after 6.00 pm.

Please leave your apartment by 10.00 am at the latest on your day of departure. Check-out until 6.00 pm is possible only on prior arrangement, depending on availability and for a € 20.00 surcharge.

The apartment reservation takes place on receipt of your down payment. For short-term reservations, the advance payment can be made by credit card via e-mail or telephone.

When booking online, the booking is valid only depending on availability and on receipt of the down payment. The right of withdrawal is valid before the accommodation provider has sent a binding reservation confirmation.

You can choose from the following payment options: in cash, advance payment of the whole booking amount, Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa.

"Flexible cancellation 60 days" (untill 30.04.2024)

• 62 days before the agreed date of arrival, the accommodation contract can be canceled without cancellation fee and without explanation.
• 61 days before to the arrival date we will not return your down payment.
• 60 days to 31 days before the arrival date we charge 50% of the total arrangement price.
• 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date we charge 70% of the total arrangement price.
• Within the last week prior to the arrival day we charge 90% of the total arrangement price.
• As empty bed fee (in case of late arrival or early departure) the daily price of the booked category will be charged.

General cancellation

• 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival, the accommodation contract can be canceled without cancellation fee and without explanation.
• 3 to 1 month prior to the arrival date we charge 50% of the total arrangement price.
• 1 month to 1 week prior to the arrival date we charge 70% of the total arrangement price.
• Within the last week prior to the arrival day we charge 90% of the total arrangement price.
• As empty bed fee (in case of late arrival or early departure) the daily price of the booked category will be charged.

The following causes of travel cancellation or interruption on the part of the guest are covered by this insurance(Covid-related):

• Infection with Covid-19 of the guest
• Infection with Covid-19 of a close relative or another person living in the same household and an urgent requirement for the guest to be present at home.
• Fever and other symptoms associated with Covid, even if the test result turns out to be negative
• A positive test result without symptoms
• A close relative living in the same household has fallen ill and the guest has to self-isolate

The insurance does not cover due to:

• The guest deciding not to travel for fear of infection because he/she is classified as high risk person
• An official precautionary quarantine mandate after returning to the home country
• Unemployment due to layoffs triggered by the pandemic
• Borders being shut down, officially mandated hotel closings, lockdown mandated by the government (à nullification of the accommodation contract = no cancellation costs may be charged on behalf of the provider)
