General Information

  • PRICES

    All prices are per apartment and day, including Freizeit Arena, exclusive resort tax.
    Extra bed: for the third person in a room we charge € 25.00 per day. Single supplement: for a single occupancy in our apartement for 2 persons, we charge a supplement of € 10,00 per person/ day.
    Short stay surcharge: for stays less than 3 nights.
    On the day of arrival you have to deposit as security € 150.00 (in case of damage to property or extremely dirty apartments).

  • RESORT TAX

    The resort tax is not included in the apartment rate: € 1.30 per person/night in summer (May-October) and € 2.10 per person/night in winter (November-April). Children and youth under 15 years do not pay the resort tax. 

  • CHILD DISCOUNTS & CHILD EQUIPMENT 

    Valid only with two full-paying persons (in 2 person apartement); three full-paying persons (in 4 person apartement); five full-paying persons (in 6 person apartement):
    0-3 years -100%, 4-7 years -50%, 8-12 years -30%, 13-15 years -20%.
    Child and baby equipment on request: child cot, high chair, diaper changing unit.

  • FRESH BREAD DAILY

    On request we deliver freshly baked bread for breakfast to your apartment 
    (extra charged).

  • ALLERGY SUFFERERS

    We dispose of antibacterial bed covers and pillows especially for allergy sufferers.

  • FREE PARKING

    Every apartment disposes of a parking lot. Parking in the garage available on request.

  • CHECK-IN

    Your apartment is available after 3.00 pm on the arrival day, please let us know in advance if you arrive after 6.00 pm.

  • CHECK-OUT

    By 10.00 am at the latest. Check-out until 6.00 pm is possible only on prior arrangement, depending on availability. A € 10.00 surcharge has to be paid once.

  • DEPOSIT

    As soon as we receive your down payment the apartment is reserved for you.
    Short-notice deposits may be paid by credit-card.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

    In cash, advance payment, Eurocard, Master Card and Visa.

  • TRAVEL CANCELLATION - CANCELLATION FEE

    Unilateral termination by the contractor:
    - 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, can the accommodation contract without
      a canellation fee, and without explanation be dissolved.
    - 3 to 1 month before the arrival day we charge your deposit.
    - 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival we charge 70 % of total package price.
    - In the last week before the arrival we charge 90 % of total package price.
    - As the bed remains empty (if you arrive later or check-out earlier) we
      charge the daily price of the booked apartment category. 

  • TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

    Planning all the little details of your next holiday, you should not forget about the risks covered by the European Travel Insurance.
